As an experienced personal trainer my goal is to progress you from your current level of health and fitness, to the level that you wish to achieve.
Whether that goal is fat weight loss, muscle gain, an increase in your general fitness level or hitting a specific target for a special event.

With a large amount of teaching experience and ongoing professional development, I aim to keep up-to-date with new training equipment and techniques so I can provide safe, challenging, varied and alternative workouts for my clients.
