Body Composition


Thinking of starting a weight loss fitness program in the New Year?
Without baseline data how can you accurately measure gains and losses?
Are you sure you are burning fat and not muscle?

Before starting any fat weight loss or muscle gain program get a complete body composition analysis.
You will get a reading of your current:
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Fat weight %
  • Lean weight %
  • Water weight %
  • Estimate of Metabolic Rate at Rest (RMR)
  • Estimate of average energy required
You will also receive  your recommended ranges so you have a target.

During January 2011 our Body Composition Analysis charges are reduced from £6 to just £4
